Financing Options
Looking To Finance Your Home Repairs?
At Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, we feel that all Inland Empire residents should have access to quality home plumbing, heating and air conditioning. We work with our customers and explain all of the payment and buying options. A popular option for large plumbing or HVAC projects is financing. Those who qualify have a few great financing options.

For our Inland Empire neighbors, we understand the importance of a reliable system if it’s plumbing or HVAC. Older pipes and systems can cost a fortune to constantly repair and maintain. These older pipes and systems were also not designed with the same level of operating efficiency we have today. Also, older pipes and systems will not have the same capacity to keep your home functioning properly and comfortable for you and your family.

The peace of mind that come with a new system whether it is plumbing or HVAC is irreplaceable. You deserve that peace of mind.

Impact Of Efficient Systems

As a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer and a plumbing service provider staple in the communities we have serviced for over 120 years it is our responsibility to provide our clients with clear and concise knowledge and information as well as removing the frustration one deals with when talking about plumbing, heating and air conditioning. When replacing an old system whether it is plumbing, heating or air conditioning, we recommend staying on course with the goal of replacing your old system. Choosing the quick savings of a cheaper system may be intriguing but this choice has proven not to be the best investment. Choosing the right quality system vs. the system that is cheaper will save you money on each of your electric and gas bills as well as spending less on repairs that come up over the life of the new system. Federal Tax Credits For High-Efficiency Air Conditioners

In 2020, the US government prolonged the recently-expired Non-Business Energy Property Tax Credits on all residential air conditioning equipment. In January 2021, the government extended the Tax Credits again. This demonstrates that the specific qualifying heat pumps and air conditioners installed from December 31, 2021, are qualified for a $300 tax credit.

The air conditioners installed during 2018-2021 are also eligible for the tax credit (the last tax credit originally expired on December 31, 2017). If you still have not previously claimed the tax credit for your residential HVAC equipment, contact your tax professional for more details.
