Position Summary: This is manual work at the journeyman level in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. Work involves performance of skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment. Routine maintenance, service, and repair work are performed independently.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4 years working with or as a licensed contractor
  • Ability to pass a drug and background test
  • Maintain an insurable driving record

  • Detail-oriented, organized and proficient of reading blueprints
  • Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes

Primary Job Function: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing. Work in the utility programs the company participates in as well as work on the retrofit installations as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience
  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug and background check
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
  • Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience making repair and replace decisions.
  • Ability to acquire low voltage license within 2 years of employment.
  • Acquire NATE certifications within one year of employment.
  • Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
  • Operate scissors and genie lifts in safe manner.
  • Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
  • Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.

Position Summary: To manage the HVAC Service division including the Residential and Commercial Service department of the company. This Manager is expected to oversee all aspects of the HVAC service dept. to ensure its continued profitability and growth. Give direction to, train, and work with the service technicians to achieve service department objectives. Meet regularly with all HVAC service technicians regarding their goals and objectives and guide them through the process to completion. Lastly, work with all departments to streamline all processes to optimum efficiency and productivity.

Job Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in residential and commercial service
  • Ability to pass drug and background check
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Excellent communication skills, oral, and written
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs
  • Cognitive ability to comprehend the core fundamentals and operations of the HVAC business
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and objective in decision-making
  • Demonstrate ability to lead, mentor and train personnel as necessary
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills

Desired Qualifications

  • 10 to 15+ years’ experience in HVAC Management role
  • Proven record in HVAC operations and business management success

Position Summary: Under general direction, employee performs semi-skilled and skilled work in the operation and installation of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems; and does related work as required. This will include all aspects of installations including new construction, commercial change outs, packaged roof tops, chillers, etc.

Work Hours: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday to Friday (some weekends and overtime required)

Required Qualifications:

5+ years commercial installation experience
Able to pass a pre-employment drug and background check
Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
Install and/or assist in installation of new heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, roof top package units, exhaust fans, sheet metal duct.
Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
EPA Certified
NATE certification preferred
Refrigeration Piping, pro-press, mega-press and low voltage experience a plus
Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings.
General knowledge in all HVAC low voltage systems
Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as company
Ability to test and balance systems Understand and apply all relevant codes
