Primary Job Function
  • To be a working Foreman who can think ahead on a project while efficiently laying out day to day tasks for team members and ordering material prior to needing it on a job. The Plumbing Installation Supervisor ensures the successful execution of plumbing installation projects by managing field teams, overseeing quality and safety, and coordinating resources. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Installation Coordinator to create and adjust daily and weekly schedules.

Primary Job Function
  • The Installation Manager oversees all plumbing and HVAC installation operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role is responsible for driving department productivity by ensuring a steady flow of work, collaborating with the Service & Maintenance team to identify and close leads, and training staff to recognize additional sales opportunities. The Installation Manager leads installation supervisors, coordinates with other departments, and ensures alignment with company goals, profitability, and operational excellence.

Essential Functions

Required Qualifications

Primary Job Function
  • Responsible for tool and equipment repairs and maintenance in the shop, cleaning of the grounds, parking lots, and other areas. Making sure all jobs scheduled for the next day have all material and equipment pulled and loaded in trucks for installers. List return material when necessary and return to stock. Check and put away stock orders. Maintain shop and yard in a clean and orderly fashion. Assist Installers in loading and unloading vans. Drive and pick up parts. Other projects as needed.
