Plumbing Service Technician

Position Summary: This is manual work at the journeyman level in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. Work involves performance of skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment. Routine maintenance, service, and repair work are performed independently.

Required Qualifications:
● 4 years working with or as a licensed contractor.
● Residential service and install experience
● Strong finger and Manual dexterity for handling pipes and plumbing fixtures
● Detail-oriented, organized and proficient of reading blueprints
● Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes
● Willing to work in all types of weather

HVAC Service Technician

Position Summary: To provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience.

Work start and end time: 8am – 5pm

Pay Scale: Commission

Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years applicable experience
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School preferred
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience making repair and replace decisions.
• NATE certified or acquire within 1 year of hire.
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.

HVAC Lead Installer

Position Summary: To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience while meeting established deadlines and maintaining appropriate job margins.

Work Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday (some weekends and overtime required)

Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years installation experience
• Proficient in installing gas pipe
• Proficient in installing refrigeration pipe
• Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
• Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems
• Able to train and supervise others
• Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings.

Administrative Project Coordinator

Position Summary: To ensure all pre-work required to complete install jobs is done properly. Responsible for the creation of department job files, contacting customers regarding scheduling issues, scheduling subcontractors and inspections. Responsible for coordinating communication between installers, field supervisors, customers, vendors and the office.  Assist with inbound/outbound calls as needed

Warehouse Person/Parts Runner

Position Summary: Responsible for making sure all jobs scheduled for the next day have all material and equipment pulled and loaded in trucks for installers. List return material when necessary and return to stock. Responsible for all materials, supplies, etc. that leave the shop have been properly filled out on a material sheet. List all overstocked items and give to Installation Coordinator for return to vendor. Check and put away stock orders. Maintain shop and yard in a clean and orderly fashion. Assist Installers in loading and unloading vans. Drive and pick up parts as needed.

Work Hours: 1pm  – 5pm, Monday through Friday,  8a – 4p Saturday

Pay Rate: Entry Level

Required Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Prior warehouse experience helpful
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs





Commercial Plumbing Estimator

Position Summary:

  • Responsible for cost estimating for commercial and residential plumbing systems
  • Responsible for determining competitive and accurate estimates to achieve margin and financial targets
  • Organizes and manages centralized cost estimating models to ensure current and strategic pricing data is used during proposal development
  • Works closely with Service Operations Manager to determine budgeting and strategic goals for estimating activities and business development opportunities
  • Interfaces with service technicians to insure that projects are delivered per estimates and consistently refining the estimating formulas
  • Prepares and maintains marketing/promotional materials and marketing campaigns
  • Responsible for generating leads and new customers through mailing and calling efforts
